We will provide customers with training services for equipment operation and maintenance. The training method can be on-site or online according to the customer's needs. The content of the training includes the operation method of the equipment, precautions, routine maintenance, etc., so that the customer's operators can master the use and maintenance skills of the equipment and extend the service life of the equipment.

Our equipment warranty period is generally one year (depending on different products). During the warranty period, if the equipment has quality problems, we will provide free maintenance services, including replacement of parts and components.

If conditions permit, we very much welcome customers to visit our factory, field inspection of our production equipment, process and quality control system, so that you have a more intuitive understanding of our products and company. For some large-scale equipment or special demand equipment, we can also arrange on-site demonstration according to customer requirements, so that you can better understand the performance and operation of the equipment.
